The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, March 31 reveals Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will confront Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Also coming up, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will say their goodbyes. Plus, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Winters (Bryton James) will be furious. And Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will argue about Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Y&R spoilers tease Claire will run into Kyle at the Chancellor Park Cafe. She’ll say she heard his mother moved out and ask if he wants to talk about it. Kyle will say it’s all Victor’s fault, what he did to his father was vile. He set something in motion to destroy his parent’s marriage.
But Claire will say he’s paid the price, her grandmother moved out. “He did something wrong, but we all do.” Kyle will tell her to open her eyes. “He will go to any extreme to get what he wants and the rest of us are just collateral damage.” Kyle will add she’s just another Newman, steadfast in her loyalty no matter the cost.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Mariah Hugs Tessa Before Heading To Facility
Speaking of Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he’ll leave Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) a voicemail. Jack will say he’ll do whatever it takes to earn her forgiveness. “I love you, you are my whole world.” The doorbell will ring and Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) will be standing there.
She’ll walk inside and Jack will tell her to get out. Patty will say why would she, now that Diane’s left. “Whatever happened between the two of us will never happen again!” Jack will tell her. Then Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will walk in. Patty will leave and Billy will tell his brother he’s going to London to make peace with his mom.
At the Chancellor estate, Abby will tell Devon the judge accepted a plea deal for Mariah. She’ll go to a psychiatric facility instead of prison for kidnapping their son. Abby will say the sentencing infuriates her, considering they didn’t even get to make victim impact statements and Devon will agree.
As for Mariah, she’ll tell Tessa she feels hopeful and hasn’t felt that way for a long time. She’ll say she never gave up on her. Tessa will say she almost did, but someone convinced her not to. “Daniel,” Mariah will guess, smiling.
Tessa will add she recognizes Mariah for the first time in a long time and nothing could make her happier. The car taking Mariah and her mom to the facility will arrive and she’ll embrace her wife. “We’ll be waiting for you,” a tearful Tessa will say.
At Newman Enterprises, Victoria will storm into the CEO office. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will ask if she’d like a coffee and Victoria will turn around and see she’s replaced her father’s portrait with her own. She’ll be angry and tell Phyllis the new portrait will only be up for be a brief tenure.

Then she’ll say she visited Summer in Milan and she wrote Phyllis a letter. After Victoria leaves, Phyllis will read it. Summer will tell her mom she doesn’t want to see her or speak to her ever again. “An attack on the Newmans is an attack on me. I will never forgive you.”
Phyllis will meet with her son at Society and she’ll show him the letter. She’ll ask Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) if he feels the same way. “You’re not grasping the fact that we do not approve of what you’ve done,” he’ll reply. “If you want some kind of reconciliation, you need to give it back now. Otherwise, you’ve lost us for good.”
After Daniel leaves, Phyllis will crumple up Summer’s letter and flick it off the bar. “To hell with you, to hell with all of you,” she’ll say. “I don’t need you, I don’t need anyone, I’m doing this all on my own.”
Finally, Victoria will end up at the GCAC to meet Nate. He’ll tell her he and Devon saw Lily Winters (Christel Winters). “When I told you Lily was missing you failed to mention she, Charlie and Mattie were perfectly fine, a ruse,” he’ll say. “You hid the truth from me, why would you do that?”
Victoria will apologize and say she hated keeping him in the dark. “But, my father…” Nate will interrupt and point out he was worried about his family. “I’m disappointed, not just in you, Lily was compliant in this.”
She’ll say she understands how he feels and hopes they’ll be all right. But Nate will have a question for her. “If you hadn’t known that Lily was in on Victor’s plan, would you still have condoned his actions?” he’ll ask. “How far would you go to get Newman Enterprises back?”
